WHY PRACTICE YOGA?
We spend energy in many ways, we talk with our friends and loved ones, we go to work, we rush from one place to another and from one task to another, with little time available to perceive our body and respond to our being as a whole . Consequently, we often act reflexively in a conditioned manner, or driven by feelings of duty and responsibility.
This overload tends to manifest itself as resentment and frustration that leads us to act in ways that do not originate in the heart.
Through Yoga we can nourish and honor our heart, so that we do not alienate ourselves from it. Enter a quieter emotional space, a place of silence that effortlessly generates healing and strength.
His first contact with Yoga was in the year 2010.
In 2013, she began teaching Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa, merging her own experience and the knowledge that has been transmitted to her through different teachers from different schools and Yoga paths, including:
