En el mundo hay muchas formas de hacer el ayuno y sabemos que van bien. Pero es raro escuchar decir a la gente SEMI-ayuno. Parece que no lo haces completo y que no sea tan eficaz como el ayuno completo.
Después de haber experimentado y acompañado a los seminarios, tengo la certeza de que no es así. Con esta técnica, uno puede experimentar un gran cambio en su cuerpo, emoción y mente que nunca habría imaginado en un tiempo muy reducido y sin tener que forzar demasiado la máquina que es nuestro cuerpo.
Apto para todo el mundo:
En Japón los monjes practican ayunos completos, pero todos pasan antes por una revisión médica para ver si la persona puede hacerlo o no. Dependiendo de cómo estén, su salud puede correr riesgo. Pero en el semi-ayuno no es así. Lo puede hacer cualquier persona, con cualquier enfermedad o incluso las embarazadas aunque es importante hacerlo con alguien que realmente sepa manejar-lo. Esto es porque el semi-ayuno es más suave que ayuno completo para nuestro cuerpo y también tiene la ventaja de que se puede utilizar la comida para hacer ajustes durante la semana bajo los criterios de los maestros que lo guían.
Experience the relationship between your body and food: Great experimental, not theoretical learning
In a normal fast, one concentrates on detoxifying and that’s it, you get home and there is not a new knowledge about food and your body to improve your life, it has been simply a cleanse.
In the semi-fast, people can experiment and learn the changes of their own body and the relationship with food during the week. This will help you to continue improving your health once at home.
Everyone will go through the detoxification processes of their body and their relationship with their food. At the end of the seminar we will experience a lightness and joy of body and soul that we will never have experienced. We also share the experiences of colleagues. When we have people who have some kind of disease it is very interesting to see the progression. It is a great experience to see these recoveries or surpasses, sometimes miraculous in a short time. Although one is not sick, nowadays almost all of us have large imbalances of our body and each one has different reactions.
Without alerting our body:
When we begin to practice fasting, the body suddenly stops receiving food. This makes the body enters a certain state of alert to not run out of reserves for survival reasons. Start to give energy with the reserves and we can enter the state of detoxification and let the organs rest.
In the semi-fast we ingest some quality food by chewing it very well. We eat, this becomes our blood and this blood is transformed into our cells. By ingesting a little food and chewing very well we help to generate good quality blood, the body does not alert and we do the process of detoxification actively. By chewing very well we do not give much work to the organs, we digest and we can take advantage of the medicinal power of food 100%.
Learning to eat: Macrobiotic Zen
Apart from learning the relationship between food and body, during the semi-fast there is another very important thing in our learning. We chew 200 times each bite. Chewing could give a miraculous result. When you exercise with your mouth, the faces of people also start to change. Chewing is the most important key in this seminar. We could not do this if we did the full fast. Also when we eat like this, we learn to taste and enjoy food in its natural state. One enters the state of meditation, that is why Geroge Oshawa has often called the macrobiotic “Macrobiotic Zen”.
The change depends on ourselves:
Many times we think that the problems are outside of us, but in reality they are inside of ourselves. Even if one is not sick, when doing the seminar, your life can change or even your business can start to work. For not only the constitution of the person, but the energy Ki that this person ignites could have completely changed in such a reduced time and begins to attract other kind of people with good Ki in your life. There are women who at the first moment have not been able to recognize their husband after a week of semi-fasting. This is because even though he has the same face, his energy Ki that lights his body had completely changed. It is also not surprising that athletes improve their results a lot after the seminar.
Semi-fasting is the method closest to an exercise such as fasting, but this small act of eating that is “receiving life” makes a big difference.
